If you want to let your property medium or long term, we can find you a tenant through advertising, using our contacts and other agencies in the Costa Del Sol and the U.K.
We view your property with the prospective client and answer any questions they have.
We obtain the following: copy of passport or residencia or NIE number plus deposit.
Also, we like to view references from previous landlords.
We then draw up the rental contract.
If the tenant does not like the property then there is no charge.
Our Services include the following:
- Collect cash payments or check payments have been made into the owners bank account
- Arrange electric and water utility payments
- Provide rental contract
- Contacting the owner if there is a problem with the property and agreeing a solution
- Provide an inventory, at extra cost
