Sunday 7th March 2009: The wet weather continues:

Once
again storms have wreaked havoc in the area with over 90 litres per
square metre (3.5 inches) of rain falling in some areas in 24 hours,
this coupled with 90 km/h winds led to flooding and damage throughout
the region.
Firefighters in Manilva and Estepona were called out
to rescue people trapped in their homes and vehicles, and the Rio
Manilva Road was cut after one lane collapsed into the river at the
entrance to the fairground.

As
of 15th December 2009, analogue television signals are not broadcast in
Spain. This means that anybody that has a television set that is not
equipped for digital (TDT as it is known in Spain) will be unable to
receive Spanish channels.
Most televisions sold over the last few years will be able to receive
