Key holding: We can hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. This is normally for owners who do not regularly rent out their property or want any other kind of service. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen.
Property Management: Regular Property Inspections and immediately after heavy or prolonged rain and strong winds. Each inspection includes the following:-
- Check all points of entry and boundaries for security purposes.

Check for signs of damp or mould.

Check for any infestation (pests and vermin) both inside and out.

Flushing and sanitising toilets, running taps, baths, showers and bidets to clear any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes. Check drains for blockages.
- Check for leaks and/or storm damage.
- Check all electrical equipment, lighting, air conditioning, heating and electric domestic appliances are in working order.
- Airing of all rooms.
- Check your swimming pool and garden (if applicable).
- Check your terraces and patios.
- watering all plants indoors, on balconies and terraces.
- Collect the post and store it at the property or at our office, we can also forward it to you.
- Obtain estimates for any maintenance work that may be required.
- We photograph any damage or repairs needed on digital camera and email them to you.

IPDelSol Cleaning / Laundry:
A clean property is not only a pleasure to walk into to begin your holiday, but also the key to maximising your investment and for that reason we clean the property from top to bottom on the departure of guests and refresh it before the arrival of new clients. We provide all types of cleaning services from departure cleaning to linen change, mid-week maid service, spring clean, deep clean, refresher cleaning (prior to arrival) and external cleaning (patios, terraces, furniture, etc…).
Changeovers: Each property is unique and during our appraisal with the owner we would indicate the cost of a normal weekly clean for that individual property. Our cleaners will visit the property after each letting, giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, polishing, sweep & mop floors, replace toilet rolls and towels, change bedding. Laundry is washed and ironed professionally. We recommend one laundry change per week, but additional changes and a midweek maid service can be added at the request of an owner.
Spring cleans: Every home should have one. Twice a year !
Welcome Packs: If you want your guests to have a memorable stay then we recommend our welcome packs. This is a small and inexpensive way of saying “Please come in and enjoy” We have a standard package that includes the basic essentials such as bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, margarine, red or white wine, crisps and fruit. We can change some or all of these items at your request.
Meet and Greet: There is nothing more reassuring to your guests than having a friendly smiling face meet them when they arrive. Our representative will inform your guests on the rules of the property/complex, how to operate the facilities and equipment in the property and even inform them about some of the local shops, restaurants and other attractions in the area. We can also provide Airport collection if required.
Full Inventory: We recommend owners to make a full inventory of the property’s contents. Inventories are essential if your property is regularly used by guests, it can also become invaluable in the unfortunate event of a break-in or the property's contents being damaged which results in an insurance claim. It is not always convenient for the owner to make an inventory, so in these cases we can make it on behalf of the owner.
Many property owners who are part of a community find themselves unable to attend important meetings. A member of our bi-lingual team can attend on your behalf and hold your proxy and vote as directed. We will provide a recorded copy of the meeting and minutes if necessary.
